白だしで味付け簡単！しめじとツナの和風パスタ ■材料（2人分/15分) ・スパゲッティ1.6mm：160g ・しめじ：1パック(100g) ・小松菜：100g ・ツナ缶（水煮）：1缶(70g) ・にんにく（みじん）：1片分 ・輪切り唐辛子：1本分 ・水：400cc ・塩：小さじ1/3杯 ・白だし(10倍濃縮)：大さじ2と1/2杯 ・サラダ油：大さじ1杯 ・ごま油：大さじ1/2杯 ＜トッピング＞ ・刻み海苔：適量 ■下ごしらえ ・しめじは石づきを切り落とし、手でほぐします。 ・小松菜は4cm幅に切ります。 ・ツナ缶は水気を切ります。 ■作り方 ①フライパンにサラダ油を熱し、にんにく、輪切り唐辛子を加えて弱火で炒めます。香りがしてきたら、小松菜、しめじを加えてしんなりするまで炒めます。 ②水、塩、白だしを加えてひと煮立ちさせます。 ③スパゲッティを加え、フタをして弱中火でパスタの袋の表記時間より1分短く煮込みます。※途中でフタを開けて何回かパスタをほぐすようにすると、パスタがくっつきにくくなりますよ。 ④フタを開け、ツナ缶、ごま油を加えて汁気を飛ばしながら混ぜ合わせて完成です。お皿に盛り付
